How it works

Three simple steps to book a journey.

01

Find a Driver

Choose an independent licensed cab driver in your area who meets your needs.

02

Request a Journey

Easily contact the driver, explain the journey requirements and agree a price upfront.

03

Confirm Booking

Get peace of mind the journey is booked directly from the driver who’ll be collecting you.

Post a booking request, review prices, and choose the perfect driver tailored to your needs and preferences.

Driver Verification

We double check all business licences.

We check driver, vehicle and operator licences when new businesses join Fares.Fair, making sure they have the correct licences to offer services directly to the public. Licence numbers are displayed on each driver profile meaning you can trust you are booking with businesses regulated by an identified local authority licensing team.

01

Driver Licences

Every driver must be correctly licensed by a local authority licensing team.

02

Vehicle Licences

Every vehicle must be correctly licensed for hire to the public.

03

Operator Licences

Every business must be correctly licensed to accept bookings.
